You Wrote It. We Make It Win.

A stronger proposal is the difference between getting scored and getting selected.

You put in the work. You drafted the proposal. Now let us make sure it actually lands. Our team reviews every section, checks for compliance, strengthens your language, and gives you back a version that is sharp, complete, and competitive.

This is not a full rewrite. It is the expert second set of eyes that most contractors never have.

What You Get

☑ Full compliance check against the solicitation requirements

☑ Edits and comments throughout your draft '

☑ Light rewrite of key sections that need the most work

☑ Feedback on pricing presentation and formatting

☑ Polished draft returned with clear notes on any gaps to address before submission

Who This Is For

You have written proposals before or you gave it your best shot on this one. You want professional polish without paying for someone to start from scratch.

Proposal Review and Edit FAQs

  • Pricing is based on the total annual contract value of the opportunity you are bidding on. If your bid value is over $500,000, contact bridget@govconnow.co before purchasing so we can send you a custom invoice for the correct tier. Tiers are as follows:

    • Under $500K: $600

    • $500K to $1M: $600

    • Over $1M to $3M: $800

    • Over $3M to $6M: $1,000

    • Over $6M to $10M: $3,500

    • Over $10M: contact us for a custom quote

All tier pricing assumes your solicitation has at least 7 business days remaining before the submission deadline. Less than that triggers a rush fee.

  • Use your annual bid value, not the full contract total. For example, if you are bidding $2.2M per year on a 5 year contract worth $11M total, your tier is based on the $2.2M annual value. That places you in the Over $1M to $3M tier at $800.

  • Both. We need the full solicitation document to check your proposal for compliance against the stated requirements. The submission form has separate upload slots for the solicitation and your proposal draft. Both are required to begin work.

  • Merge all proposal documents into one PDF before uploading. Accepted formats are PDF, Microsoft Word, or a shared Google Doc with view access enabled for bridget@govconnow.co. The solicitation should be uploaded as a separate file in its own slot.

  • No. This service requires a complete proposal draft. Outlines, bullet points, and partial drafts are not eligible for review. If you need help building a proposal from scratch, our First Bid Support service walks you through the process from strategy to submission. Visit govconnow.co to explore that option and our other done for you services.

  • You send us your complete draft. We send it back marked up with our edits, comments, and notes on anything still missing or needing more detail.

From there, here is how it works:

    • You make your updates based on our feedback

    • You send it back to us for 1 included follow up review

    • We give you a final round of feedback

    • You submit the proposal yourself

Need more than 1 follow up review? Additional reviews start at $150 and scale with your contract tier. Requests must be made with at least 48 hours remaining before your submission deadline. We do not submit on your behalf. The final send is always yours.

  • We flag it with a comment so you know exactly what to add before submitting. We can only edit what you provide. We do not write missing sections from scratch or fill in content gaps on your behalf. If you have empty sections, complete them before sending your draft so we can review the full proposal.

  • A rush fee starting at $250 applies on top of your base tier pricing and is confirmed in writing before work begins. Rush slots are based on availability, so reach out as soon as possible to bridget@govconnow.co so we can confirm we are able to meet your deadline. Final rush pricing depends on how tight the turnaround is and the size of your proposal.

  • Yes. Email bridget@govconnow.co to add design before you purchase your proposal review so we can confirm timing and send a custom invoice.

    Here is what to know:

    • Turnaround starts at 3 business days and scales with proposal length

    • All proposals are designed in Canva

    • You receive the editable Canva file so you can make future updates yourself

    • Tight deadline? Build the 3 business day minimum into your timeline before booking

  • No. This service is for SLED contracts only (State, Local, and Education). Federal proposals are not eligible. For federal proposal support, contact bridget@govconnow.co to discuss other service options.

  • No. All sales are final once payment is received. This includes choosing not to submit, the solicitation being cancelled, amended, or extended after purchase, discovering the opportunity is no longer a fit, or dissatisfaction with the edits and suggestions made by our team.

  • No. You are responsible for confirming you are registered with the issuing agency and meet all qualifications stated in the solicitation. We review your proposal content, not your eligibility. If you want eligibility and opportunity fit checked before you commit to bidding, that is part of our Bid Breakdown Report service starting at $300.

  • The clock starts once we receive both your complete draft and your payment, and your solicitation must still have at least 7 business days remaining before the submission deadline at that point to qualify for the regular fee. Submitting one without the other delays your turnaround. If your draft is incomplete when received, we will reach out for the missing pieces and the clock resets when the full draft arrives. If the reset pushes your remaining time below 7 business days, a rush fee starting at $250 will apply before we proceed.

  • Within 24 hours of purchase. This keeps your project on track, protects your 1 to 2 business day turnaround window, and helps preserve the 7 business day buffer required for the regular fee. If you cannot send your draft within 24 hours, contact bridget@govconnow.co before purchasing to discuss a delayed start. Delays that push your remaining time under 7 business days will trigger a rush fee starting at $250.

Refund Policy:
All sales are final. Review begins upon receipt of your proposal document. No refunds will be issued once your document has been received and work has begun. Please ensure you are ready to submit your draft within 3 business days of purchase. If your project needs to be rescheduled, contact us at bridget@govconnow.co within 24 hours of purchase.
