Monthly Service Delivery Services are delivered on a monthly basis and do not roll over between billing periods. Clients are expected to use their allocated deliverables (calls, proposal design, updates, etc.) within their billing month. Any unused services do not accumulate or transfer to the following month.
Contract Timeline and Cycle Management If a contract's due date extends into the next billing cycle, we will continue working on it alongside sourcing new contracts for the new cycle. Please note that contracts extending beyond their original cycle do not count toward your 2 written contracts for the new period.

Clients can request to update or change their NAICS Code(s) at any time during their subscription by submitting a written request to our team.
Please note:
Updates to your NAICS Codes will apply to future opportunity searches starting in your next billing cycle — if your request is submitted after the first 15 business days of your current billing cycle.
Requests made within the first 15 business days may be applied within the current cycle depending on availability.
NAICS Code updates do not affect previously delivered RFQs/RFPs.
If you want to add additional NAICS Codes beyond what is included in your package, a fee of $10 per code per month will apply.
