Clayton State University, Launch CSU Innovation Center, Morrow, GA

Clayton State University did not want another traditional entrepreneurship program. They wanted a transformational experience. So they brought us in to build it.

We created the Launch CSU curriculum from the ground up. We mapped the participant journey, developed the content, and built a framework the university can run again and again. We staffed it with the right instructors and a support team. We managed the program day to day so the university could stay focused on strategy. And we ran the outreach and promotion that filled the room.

Together we welcomed 40 entrepreneurs into the inaugural cohort. Participants praised the professionalism and the organization. The systems we put in place created an environment where entrepreneurs felt empowered to keep moving their businesses forward.
